How do I set up an account?
You’ll be asked to create an account during the checkout process. Simply set a password and agree to the terms of service. Once your account is set up, you can view, modify, or cancel existing bookings, as well as purchase new packages or schedule additional sessions
What should I wear to my session?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement, and avoid tops with zips on the back, as they can damage the Pilates equipment
Is there parking?
There is parking available outside of the premises. Please arrive 5 minutes before your session is due to start.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time, or failure to attend, will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show. In these cases, the session will be counted and deducted from your package or single-session purchase.
If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you cancel your session out of consideration for our immunocompromised teachers.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to Covid-19, please provide confirmation of a positive lateral flow test. With proof of a positive test, your session will be rescheduled for a time after you have tested negative. Without this confirmation, the session will be charged and counted as usual.

How do I Reschedule/cancel my session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment. Simply log in to ‘My Account,’ go to ‘My Orders,’ select your upcoming appointment, and click ‘Manage’ to make any changes.
You can also cancel or reschedule by emailing hello@embodiedpilates.co.uk or sending a text message.
If you are unable to attend for any reason within 24 hours of your session, please notify the studio at hello@embodiedpilates.co.uk
How do I rebook a previously cancelled session?
If your session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, it will automatically be credited back to your account.
You can rebook your session anytime through the online booking page. Simply proceed to checkout and log in when prompted—your credited session will be automatically applied to the new booking.
How do I check how many sessions I have remaining on my package?
To check how many sessions you have remaining in your package, go to ‘My Account’ at the top of the website. This will take you to the login page.
Once logged in, visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ page to view your package details and remaining sessions.
