If you’re new to Pilates or want a more personalised approach, 1:1 sessions are the perfect place to begin. Each session is tailored to your needs, creating a safe, supportive space where you can build strength, improve balance, and move with confidence, no matter your starting point.

With the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Arc, and Mat, we’ll create a full-body Pilates experience designed to support your unique goals be it recovery, improved posture, strength, or overall performance.

We believe Pilates is for everyone. Each person has unique needs, and our sessions are tailored to support your individual goals. If you’re new to Pilates, we’ll guide you through the fundamentals to help you develop strength, resilience, and improved overall wellbeing.

Pilates for Athletes & Sports

With experience of working with a range of athletes, from triathletes, runners, footballers, golfers, to Bristol’s Premiership Rugby and Senior Academy teams. We  collaborate with team physiotherapists to support effective injury rehabilitation and deliver Pilates sessions as part of pre-season and game-day preparation.

Tailored 1:1 sessions that consider each Athletes sport, position and goals, helping to enhance strength, aid recovery, and prevent injury for optimal performance.

Pilates for Pain, Injury & Rehab

We collaborate with physiotherapists, surgeons, and medical professionals to provide support tailored to you. Whether post-surgery, recovering from injury, or managing chronic conditions like Arthritis, POTS or long COVID, we help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and move in a way that feels good and sustainable.
