Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule/cancel your consultation call, ideally please do so 24 hours prior to the appointment, you can do this by logging into 'My Account" go to My Orders and view the upcoming appointment, click on Manage. You can then reschedule or cancel as needed. If you need to cancel your call within 24 hours prior to your free consultation call starting please email hello@embodiedpilates.co.uk
