Service Description
No experience necessary —Whether you are a complete beginner, have previous Mat Pilates or are curious to explore the equipment, it is perfect way to try something something new.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of our cancellation policy as stated in the Terms & Conditions, 24 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel your sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, this can be done up to 24 hours prior to the appointment, you can do this by logging into 'My Account" go to My Orders and view the upcoming appointment, click on Manage. You can then reschedule or cancel as needed. This can also be done via email to hello@embodiedpilates.co.uk or by text message. If a you are unable to attend the session for whatever reason within the 24 hours please notify the Studio at hello@embodiedpilates.co.uk If in the event you cancel within the 24 hours prior to the session starting or do not attend the session, this will be classified as a late cancellation/no show and will be subject to the session being counted and deducted from the Package/single session.
