What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice is required to cancel or change a session, if you cancel within 24 hours of your session you will be charged in full. Payment must be made in full prior to the session. Sessions are not transferable and are non refundable.

If you have to cancel your session due to covid-19 within 24 hours prior to your session, we ask that you provide confirmation of a positive lateral flow test.

In this instance we would reschedule your session for a time after your period of self isolation has ended.

If you are unable to provide this information you will be charged and your session counted as normal.

How do I Reschedule/cancel my session?

You can amend/cancel your session up to 24 hours before you session is due to start via your account log in or through your email confirmation.

How do I check how many sessions I have remaining on my package?

To check how many sessions you have remaining on your purchased package go to the book online page and scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you will find a link to ‘check code balance’.

You can check by entering your redeemable code which can be found on your appointment confirmation and product receipt emails. If you cannot find this there is also an option to check by entering your email, you will then be emailed how many sessions you have remaining to book.

How do I set up an account?

You can set up an account to manage your bookings by registering for an account while viewing the confirmation at the end of the booking process. You will need to create a password and agree to the terms of service.

What should I wear to my session?

Please wear clothes which are comfortable and will enable you to move unrestricted, without any zips on the back as this can damage the Pilates equipment.

Is there parking?

There is parking available outside of the premises. Please arrive 5 minutes before your session is due to start.
