Embodied Pilates, specialising in providing injury rehabilitation for all sports including professional and elite athletes.

I regularly work with athletes, triathletes, runners, footballers, golfers and rugby players including Bristols Premiership Rugby team and Senior Academy team.

I collaborate closely with team physiotherapists to deliver effective injury rehabilitation.

I also provide Pilates classes as part of pre-season training, ensuring athletes are well prepared and injury-free and restorative sessions prior to game/match days.

I work with athletes and players throughout the sporting season, providing regular 1:1 sessions which are unique to them taking into account player positional preferences to support recovery, enhance mental and physical strength, and prevent injuries to improve overall performance.

With my extensive background in rock climbing, I have personally experienced the physical challenges that climbing presents, having competed at a National level in the British Indoor Climbing Championships and climbed at an Elite level outdoors.

Through this personal understanding, I have appreciate the specific requirements that climbers' bodies face.
